Lin Strauss, Di Lake and Lindie Thomson have combined forces to form Emerald Sky Recruitment.

Lin Strauss

Lin Strauss has been involved with property, sales and management for the last 24 years. She started her career with Old Mutual Properties and in 1994 joined JHI Real Estate and moved on to Colliers in 2003. In all positions held by Lin, she has successfully managed teams of staff varying in size from 10 to 45. She is always keen on a challenge and has achieved phenomenal growth in the divisions she has managed. Part of this challenge included growing a personal portfolio of buildings to a substantial value.

Over the years Lin has started and with her loyal staff, grown to great heights various companies, ranging from Little Beens Nursery School, to her most recent Emerald Sky Recruitment. Her passion is people and management and she continues motivating and empowering people to reach higher levels.

Di Lake

Di Lake has spent 23 years in recruitment and to a lesser degree property. She is a dynamic person who ran her own recruitment company for many years. Di’s passionate about people and service and continues to achieve success because of this. She is very excited about being part of the Emerald Sky team and will continue to make a difference in the recruitment sector.

Lindie Thomson

Lindie Thomson has many years of experience in the administration and PA/Secretarial arena. She has excellent computer skills and will be assisting Di by ensuring that all administrative details are efficiently and professionally taken care of. She loves challenges and is an incredibly methodical and motivated person who thrives on dealing with and helping people.
